Its problems can be fixed. We can't have a system where the insurance companies are in charge and no rules exist in place. Besides, you're on Medicare, so fk off. You are talking about other peoples lives.
If you are going to replace it, you first have to make sure you cover those covered under it, no preexisting conditions, no limits on healthcare, no medical bills that result in losing your home, etc. If you can do that and call it something else, I have no problem, but you and I know that ain't gonna happen.
