Hi clo,

Congratulations to the people of the United States of America. He's yours! He's all of ours.

At best, it's back to 2008 where Republican policies blew up the world economy.

Obamacare is dead, so 20m people are going to expose their health history to the cold winds of competition. Bad luck if you have a pre-existing condition. You are dead.

Dodd-Frank is dead. As is the Consumer Protection Agency. We can look forward to an array of zippy new financial products designed to rip wealth from the vulnerable.

Trade is dead. Goodbye cheap goods from overseas.

Hello wall.

The climate will change. The US will invest in coal-fired power stations. And of course, all climate research will be defunded. People will wonder why weather extremes become even more obvious because there will be no scientific explanations available. The scientists will move abroad to places which value evidence-based discovery processes.

The media is going to find it's freedoms much reduced. The absence of critical commentary will please Trump's supporters and define a new sort of US democracy. More like Russia's.

Poor old Hillary. You are headed to prison. Probably see you there.

When Americans are living amongst the rubble of what they have done, I will shake my head with genuine sadness. What a tragic mistake. America has made the worst mistake in the history of democracy.

To the millions who voted for Trump, congratulations.
He did the unthinkable, and mostly on his own, with some help from the RNC.

I wish I could be happy for our country, but I'm afraid.

He has knee jerk behavior, and revels in getting even, for any slights.
He doesn't have the attention span or the curiosity to learn the things he doesn't know.
His cabinet choices include Rudy for Attorney General, Newt, Chris Christie, etc...

He doesn't even get along with many republicans, especially Paul Ryan.

He's a narcissist & ill informed candidate. I wonder how long before he gets bored?
I believe, for him it was all in 'winning', not doing the work.

Our country is a quilt, consists of many colors, religions, lifestyles.
We all deserve respect.

Anger is a verb, this election is proof.
Heaven help us, all.
