Sorry it was George Bush who sued Gore and demanded it be taken to the Supreme Court. After all, the case was called "Bush v Gore" which means that it "Bush" who was the 'Plaintive' and "Gore" who was the 'Defendant'. I would think with Giuliani, being a former US Attorney, should know that.
