They're suing to have all early ballots thrown out in Nevada that were recorded after the polls should have closed at 7:00pm Friday night, the last day of early voting. The problem is that there were still people in line at 7:00pm and the Trump people claim that since this only early voting, that the polls should have been immediately closed and those still waiting should have been told to go home and come back on Tuesday.
