And now Faux News is claiming that Austyn Crites, the guy attacked at Trump's rally in Reno for the 'crime' of holding up a "Republicans against Trump", has been involved in voter fraud by sending in absentee ballots for his grandmother, who died in 2001. The problem is that she's alive and kicking and pissed-off at Faux News.

BTW, Trump Jr. won't back-down from his claim that this was an "assassination attempt" and Kellyanne Conway is still insisting the Crites was paid by the Hillary campaign to disrupt Trump rallies, going so far as to suggest that he has done this at several rallies around the country, something for which there is no evidence whatsoever, but then that has never stopped Kellyanne from promoting a 'good lie' if it can help Trump.

Fox News wrongly links Republican anti-Trump protester to voter fraud

The guy who was attacked, beaten, stomped on and dragged away in handcuffs was a REGISTERED Republican who was simply holding up a sign that simply said "Republicans against Trump". He was not armed. He never yelled anything. He never attempted to rush the stage. He never hit anyone. He simply held up his sign, which he bought online, and was attacked by the crowd and it was the violence of this attack by several Trump supporters that led the Secret Service to think that there was some sort of threat. Once he had been removed from the venue, he was released by the local police at the request of the Secret Service because it was obvious that the only 'crime' he was guilty of was exercising his 1st Amendment RIGHT to freedom of speech.

Now think about the contrast to what happened at that Obama rally where a pro-Trump protester, while he was initially yelled at by some of the people there, Obama calmed down the crowd and told them to let him be, which they did, because he had every right to be there and hold the sign that he did. He was not attacked nor was he hauled away by the police and the Secret Service. His right to be there and protest in a civil manner was respected and honored.

This is something to think about as it may portend to what a Trump presidency might be like in America. Trump has already said that the 1st Amendment goes too far in protecting the press and other people who say "bad things" about the President. In a Trump America, being caught in public with an anti-Trump sign could cost you jail time and perhaps even a civil lawsuit for 'insulting HERR LEADER, er, President'.
