And it seems they weren't her emails either. It looks like a fishing expedition by a weak man. You don't announce such a thing. At best, they are reviewing some emails to consider if they should reopen the investigation. And it's an investigation which was a waste of time in the first place. Fairly ridiculous.

Rumor has it his staff put pressure on him, as they weren't pleased that he found her not guilty earlier.

I concur with your assessment. He doesn't even know what's in the emails, he should've looked into that BEFORE creating ambiguity & putting the election in jeopardy.
