Obamacare only affects 10 million, a small percentage of the population, and many of those get subsidies so no increases for them in premiums.
The problems can be fixed if Congress wants to. It is a republican weapon used to muddy waters about health insurance. Those on Medicare have nothing to do with Obamacare, etc. Medicaid includes Obamacare for states whose governors signed up, and those people will see no increase.
