this is a huffpost lagging impact issue. i kinda like the way it requires the confirmation of a trend. but it means you may miss the first little indication of a collapse. i know some people think a trump/republican collapse has begun. not sure yet. but it may have.
basically it is a probabilty of probabilties thing, if Il and WI are locks then they need 2 more out of six, 5 of which they lead if even slimly, but 5 leads plus a very close NC should bag 2 (or 3 if you lose NV).
