The Senate is terrible confusing to me, Silver has Dems at 55% chance, but looking at the polls in PA and NH or NC, NV or NC I'm having a hard time seeing it.

PA polling has been all over the map. Maybe a wildcard like MO happens.

hi tkc, as of two weeks ago it looked like the republicans could hold the senate. That's changed. Now Paul Ryan fears the House is also on the line.

If this election is a landslide, its possible.

If not, she'll still mold the SCOTUS for a generation, think she'll have 3 maybe 4 seats to fill.
and with them, I agree with you, citizens united goes down & voting rights will be strengthened.
