What incompetence?
She was not in charge of the military and the military was not around, and evens went of HIS OWN ACCORD after being warned not to go.
When you are in foreign service you are a target.
PERIOD!
As for what she said, we all know from the Congressional hearings, hours and hours of them that she answered EVERY FKNG QUESTION, that the facts changed a lot the first 24 hours. Nothing there, there. You can go make your in facts and celebrate with the POPE holes all you want but it doesn't change the truth.
