Yes, I just watched that exchange and it's amazing how she just threw it out there with nothing to back it up and then acted insulted when she was asked to prove her claims. Her only defense was that (to paraphrase) "of course it was Hillary's doing, it's what she always does and everyone knows it and so I don't need any evidence to know that she was involved".
