The problem was that this was posted ONE HOUR BEFORE THE DEBATE HAD EVEN STARTED!!!! The RNC posting also went on to mention how Mike Pence had spent considerable time on "Hillary's many scandals", ALL BEFORE THE DEBATE HAD STARTED.
