We have anything but a 'light breeze'. This is what they call a 'Santa Ana' condition, where we get hot, dry winds coming over the mountains from the desert. At the moment the winds are running maybe 25 MPH and the humidity is 10%. I suspect that it'll get a bit warmer as we move into the late afternoon.

Note that this weather phenomenon usually occurs each year once in the Spring and then again in the Fall. It generally last two or three days, maybe four at the most.
