Besides, what do you do with all the people, including myself, who, while they were being trained in the Army, received classes in how to effectively use military explosives, the manuals for which can be purchased in any military surplus store or ordered on-line?
Some people make it sound like unless it was in Arabic and on the internet, that a 'terrorist' would have no idea whatsoever how to make something that could blow-up and harm someone. In fact, some of the most detailed bomb-making 'manuals' were written by American white-supremacist and anti-government groups long before El Qaeda or ISIS was even a wet-dream in someone's mind in the Middle East. Where was the outrage and suggestions that perhaps we needed to reconsider the 1st Amendment back then?
