Trump lies, cheats, steals, pretends to give money to charities. And so long as he insults journalists, they leave these things behind.
Clinton gets pneumonia and tries to keep going. And the brave journalists spend the weekend like a baying mob. Why didn't she tell us? She's dishonest! etc.
Cowed by Trump, they re-establish their macho credentials by making something out of the nothing of some bacteria which have inveigled themselves into a woman's lungs. This is nature in action. Humans have antibiotics (some of which still work). Huzzah!
