I think they have to explain this fully. It looked like a low blood pressure/dehydration incident to me, where she lost control of limbs. It can happen when you get up to walk suddenly and it takes you sitting down or lying back for a minute or so for the system to respond.
But, they do have to explain fully what exactly it was.
