...Trump was astounded the other day to find out that there are MOUNTAINS that make building a fence virtually impossible in certain areas. Somebody suggested a VIRTUAL FENCE. Obonzo already spent umpteen zillion bucks on that and couldn't make it work. IMHO we should let folks bid on putting up some kind of virtual fence with the stipulation that if it doesn't work ya don't get paid.
