...the problem is that Syrians didn't start leaving their country in any significant numbers until 2011 and very few of them have made it to the US so far. In fact, from 2011 to today, something just over 11,000 Syrians, hardly a massive number, have been allowed to enter the country, and the vast majority of them were women and children, certainly nothing that would even make a blip on the hourly wage graph.
