Most fashion houses in NYC do exactly the same. Problem is, as the article notes, that only the rich kids can afford this setup, with their rich families supporting them, and they end up getting jobs in these companies while everyone else is stuck with a ....resume to use for the ...bathroom.
I hope the IRS gets a hold of this FREE LABOR situation and gets serious with the bullshit.
