New jobs?

From technology, advanced technology. Solar, wind, high tech like Apple which has created more jobs here and around the world than anyone. corning Glass makes Gorilla glass on every iPhone and most of the Korean wannabe crap running Android. IBM's old factories are churning out the CPU chips that power the iPhone, the fastest in mobile, north of Albany and in East Fishkill.

Wake up. Most americans are asleep, especially those supporting Trump. They're still stuck on the old blue collar days of beer and barbecue.

Those old jobs are FINISHED. Never coming back. Screws, nails, hats, buckets, shovels, and shit like that will move from China, to India, Vietnam, then at some point Africa.

High tech is the future of jobs in the developed world, and that's where Obama has pointed it us with success. We need more of it. If it were
not for the stupid republican Congress, we'd have many more real jobs. The other jobs we will have are the infrastructure jobs that will take decades in fixing up and rebuilding highways and bridges across the land, real jobs. again, Congress is farting around on that too. In fighting Obama they've been fighting America. That's all they've done, which is why people are pissed, but their frustration is misplaced. the republican congress must go.

And no more republican wars across the world. That is $6 trillion in the hole already with that. When they talk budget deficits they should first name their contributions to it.

Good Afternoon OCU!

Sit back, relax, and tell me where the next generation of new jobs are going to be coming from!

Seriously. Where will jobs be generated?

In New York, GM no longer manufactures cars, IBM computers, Corning glass, or Eastman Kodak film.
All the high paying manufacturing jobs have evaporated.

What is left?

Where are the new jobs going to come from?

I seriously doubt that Trump reads Adam Smith, and Hillary is going to depend upon the same economists that Obama and Bush did.

Where are we going?

History suggests we still have many inherent advantages so that free trade continues to make the most sense.

There is no reason a North Carolina Tar Heel can't compete successfully with anybody on the planet!!

At least I hope so.
