An investigation conducted by Mic.com found that there is no way to remove a credit card—there is only an option to “update card.”
And the only thing you can do is to enter a different credit card, and then the deductions will come from that card. If you attempt to fool the system by entering invalid information, the system will catch that and the old card will remain in effect. It appears that the only way out is to cancel the credit card altogether, although you might be able to try and get the credit card company to halt the payments by telling them that they're being charged against your wishes.
I had a problem like that several years ago. Someone had apparently stolen my credit card info and had set-up a recurring charge for some sort of protection/service plan for some stereo gear that I had never purchased and my only recourse was to cancel the card and have a new one issued. I then had to approve each charge that was valid until they had all cleared, allowing the invalid charges to simply fail. It took awhile but I finally got everything straightened out.
