Let me see . . .

1.) End the war on black people.
>>> Last I checked . . . the leading cause of death for
a young black male . . . was another young black male.
Just who is waging 'WAR' on black people?

2.) Reparations for past and continuing harms.
Sure why not. First, pay back ALL the welfare dollars.
Or, better yet, take all the welfare dollars blacks
have received over the last thirty years . . . put it
all in a BIG POT and there be your 'reparations' moneys.

3.) Divestment from the institutions that criminalize, cage and harm black people; and investment in the education, health and safety of black people.

all that money spent on busing and affirmative action
was supposed to accomplish?

4.) Economic justice for all and a reconstruction of the economy to ensure our communities have collective ownership, not merely access.
>> 'Collective Ownership' is another name for
Socialism . . . which doesn't work. WE do need
'reconstruction of the economy' - against the 'collectivism'
that has been crippling it.

5.) Community control of the laws, institutions and policies that most impact us.
>>> Try telling me what needs to be done to stop the
slaughter of blacks by blacks . . .

6.) Independent black political power and black self-determination in all areas of society.

That smells an awful lot like a minority that wants to
enslave a majority.

OK. I read where some black guy thinks all the blacks
in America ought to move into some of the southern
states . . and the white people will move out. Go for
it. Please. Then declare your independence from the
rest of America. I guarantee if I'm President I'll let
the lot of you go. That'll be the end of welfare for
black Americans. The end of affirmative action. The
end of minority set aside programs . . . . The end of
'liar loans so's blacks can buy houses' . . .

Black Lives Matter Releases Policy Agenda

The six platform demands are:

1. End the war on black people.

2. Reparations for past and continuing harms.

3. Divestment from the institutions that criminalize, cage and harm black people; and investment in the education, health and safety of black people.

4. Economic justice for all and a reconstruction of the economy to ensure our communities have collective ownership, not merely access.

5. Community control of the laws, institutions and policies that most impact us.
