...can't figure it out. There is no way this one was a legitimate shoot. I heard one report that the cop was shooting at the autistic guy because he thought the toy he was playing with was a gun and he missed the intended target and hit the guy on the ground. IMHO, it has more to do with the militarization of the cops than anything else. Back in the sixties we didn't have all this gun pointing and body slamming folks.
