The point is, how are acts like that the result of failing to trust the current administration?
The vast majority of mass shootings are committed by people who are mentally unfit to own a gun. How is this the fault of any administration, particularly one who has fought to get better background checks that just might have prevented some of these nut-jobs from getting guns in the first place?
If it were up to the NRA and the wingers, babies (at least white ones) would be issued a hand gun or assault rifle in lieu of a pacifier.
