SO WHEN COLIN POWELL WAS USING A GMAIL ACCOUNT WHILE IN THE STATE DEPARTMENT, ALL AND I REPEAT ALL HIS EMAILS GOING THROUGH THAT WERE UNENCRYPTED AND VACUUMED BY GOOGLE.
