Now tell me what kind of gun you guys wanted to ban then and convince me that ya won't eventually get back to a total ban on all firearms except for the gubmint and street gangs who are not being pursued for gun violations now.

that's BS.
Congress passed an assault weapon ban & didn't try to take any other guns away.
GWB let it lapse...
