I made all my beams, window headers, window trim and wrap, slabs for the doors and fireplace mantel with this. LOL WHAT a bunch of work, but I had the time. My neighbor went on vacation I was so noisy. And what a pile of sawdust when I was done. Took a month or so to make all the lumber..

Is that true? I thought hardware store wood was generally untreated unless you want the weather and bug resistant stuff.
