Oprah Endorses Hillary Clinton For President: ‘It’s a Seminal Moment for Women’

Oprah Winfrey says she’s with her.
The media mogul appeared on the red carpet on Wednesday night for the premiere of her new Greenleaf TV series on the Oprah Winfrey Network. Entertainment Tonight‘s Nancy O’Dell met up with Winfrey at the event, where she said, “…it’s about time” America had it’s first female president in Hillary Clinton.
“I really believe that is going to happen. It’s about time that we make that decision,” Winfrey said.
“Regardless of your politics, it’s a seminal moment for women,” Winfrey said. “What this says is, there is no ceiling, that ceiling just went boom! It says anything is possible when you can be leader of the free world.”
Indeed, Clinton has made history already by effectively becoming the first female nominee of a major American political party.
