Unless we only allow for hunting rifle ownership, specific hunting rifles, shotguns, and some historical rifle models like Winchesters, etc.
You don't need an AR-15 to hunt, nor do we need conceal and carry laws, guns in schools, public venues, churches, bars, stadiums, concerts, etc.
Take these guns and rifles away, and the lone gunman is no longer a big problem.
We already have had considerable success with mass bombings following the tight conditions for puchasing large amounts of materials used in such bombs.
Take the vehicle away, there can be no race. The driver can't go far on foot.
