Men don't tend to cheat when they're happy with their wives. No man could ever want a frigid sow like Hillary. Once Bill progressed with his political career, there was added pressure to stay with Tricky Hillary. He was trapped in a loveless marriage to a lesbian.
That explains Bill's cheating. I have no idea why he became a rapist. Anger, maybe.
