Bad news for Republicans; even if they wished it so, no one goes to jail for simply breaking a rule, and in this case, the 'rule' was not fully articulated until AFTER Hillary left the State Department.

Nothing new there, there. That report criticized the system and ALL secretaries of state before her for the same stuff.

Besides, she has admitted she made a mistake.

End of Story.

P.S. State Dept. spokesman just said on the record that there was "NO Prohibition to use of private email".
