I think men in general, when trying to make a point, use yelling & posturing as a tactic.

Just because they say it loud doesn't make it true.

You're correct, I don't think he does it to be sexist.
Its his style, like many other men.

When a man talks about HC's delivery, they say it is sexist!!!

You don't, of course. Which is great. Treading on eggshells is dull.

He does shout a bit but it may be because he's a little deaf and does it to hear himself against the background noise.

In general, I don't see him as especially unpleasant as a candidate. He's entitled to challenge HC's judgement. And that feels rude, but elections are about finding strengths and weaknesses.
