It annoys the hell out of me that Hillary is held to different standards.
they complain about her pantsuits, her laugh/cackle, her hair... etc.

She is highly qualified & in this election the rest pale in comparison.

She has proven her strength & courage in many ways.
a) holding her head up after Bill's affair with Monica
b) running for senate statewide & winning twice
c) supporting Obama and bringing her supporters along, uniting the party
d) becoming Sec'y of State.

Go Hillary!

I agree, and just bristle at the "deserve it", it diminishes her qualifications, she becomes a quota person and I am flumuxed as to how and why the left, particularly feminists, want to take the best candidate and surround that candidate with quota language.

Again, if people thought Obama was the best candidate in 2012, would it be a good thing to say he was the best black candidate?

"she deserves it" is "this women is qualified " which obscures at some level just plain being the best candidate.

If one is the best, we take it and are done, the whole notion of "deserving" something never ever enters the equasion if one is simply seeking the best, it only enters the equasion in a quota world.
