Cheney is easy-going and reasonable next to Trump.
The other trouble with Trump is that his thoughts are incredibly dull. Thoughtless assertions without substance. He's obviously used to making bold statements and withdrawing them later. It works for him. No one challenges him within his empire. But he is clearly not capable of actual consideration over time. A pub bore not a president.
