he seems to imagine that cruz had momentum in michigan. as always, he is so enamoured of the theory, he forgets to check the facts. kasich was the momentum candidate. and it looks like he will run second.
but trump's tank is rolling forwards ahead of everyone.
if rubio packs it in, maybe kasich has a shot, but it's probably too late.
