and here are two paragraphs which clearly demonstrate where this smear dog comes from:

He is an OBAMA apologist.....

So, go after Cruz. As solicitor General of Texas, why didn't the article talk about the overwhelming number of cases he argued in front of the Supreme Court and won???

Some of those cases were for reversals of LIBERAL BS that would have affected many people in not only Texas, but nationwide?

Or do we merely want to take one simple case and try to use that as a smear tactic against somebody's "character"????

Let's not forget the guy that was arrested was a thief and likely was not the first thing he ever stole and the only thing he is sorry about is that he got CAUGHT THIS TIME......

Just another example of the New York Times trying to smear the most Constitutional candidate there is bar none.
Then again, what would you expect from the LIBERAL RAG of a paper. bleeding profusely from loss of readership, other than to attack and smear a conservative. This week it's Cruz. Next week it will be Trump and the week after it will be Rubio.
