If Trump destroys the awful neocon/GOP establishment, he's a price worth paying during the nomination process - according to Bruce Bartlett.
But in the end, he thinks the establishment wants to retain control of the party more than it wants to win this election. So he believes the GOP will surrender the presidency to the Dems this time around.
