Obamacare, Trumps statements seem likely to indicate he'd keep it.

ISIS, he would likely give more voice to the hawks within the 3-letter agencies (CIA, NSA, DIA etc). I saw Hayden on Charlie Rose last night, he seems to think the current admin has zero tolerance for collateral damage in e.g Syria and it is hampering the 'war on terror'. Trump would move the needle towards the hawks on this.

SoSec, guy wants to expand it, sounds a wee bit more like Bernie than HRC. Indeed, on many things (if one looks at anytime he wan't running for president) Trump is a little to the left of HRC (my favorite DINO).

BigBanks, no idea, but being a regular user of bk courts, he probably would at least support high fitness tests for banks.

Immigration, yup, he's a wacko on this. The people he hires to make policy would sort him out on this.

Tit-for-tat in trade, .... like Bernie?

Trump would liberalize with Cuba, Rubio would go the other way.

I fear Rubio more than Trump, I fear those who are patently fugged up in the head that 1) deeply believe in what they think and 2) have a hard core constituency that drinks the same juice ... more than I fear somebody who, on evidence, really doesn't believe in anything.

Trump has no policy. He would hire people based on their cvs and a month or two later would have policies, and lacking a constituency in Congress the policies would either be centrist or go nowhere.
