they are a California investment banking boutique specializing in tech companies....THEY WERE THE SECOND LEAD MANAGER ON LAST YEARS DEBT DEAL.....and while we are here lets give some kudos to our finance dept...they pre-refunded the old convertible deal at just about the best possible time....the market for those types of deals fell apart in the second half of last year...
