More qualified than Ruth Bader Ginsberg?
I know of not too many jurists more brilliant than Ruth.
And I know of none who can write with her eloquence.
Her health is a big question mark, but Hillary will replace her with the best available jurist.
Ruth will write for the world on Women's Freedom, and Women's Rights, and Women's equality. Then she will retire.
No justice should ever be criticized for expanding the scope of the 14th Amendment.
The Supreme Court alone is the guardian of the Constitution.
