in terms of awful republican features, i think he's got the whole lot.

bought by billionaires
pro-torture
pro-guantanamo
pro-oil
pro-guns
pro-punishment
pro-unregulated markets
pro-lower taxes for the rich because trickle down
pro-austerity during depression cycle
pro-american-exceptionalism
flag-wrapped nationalist
anti-science (evolution, climate change)
anti-choice
anti-regulation of business and wall street
anti-medical reforms
anti-government when it comes to welfare but pro-government when it comes to the military
etc.

plus he has his own early medieval view of divine law.

i think he is almost the perfect plastic image of the american conservative. the marco rubio doll.

they print conservative replicants out in the millions. he's the fluent, soulless, unthinking, compassion-free, next generation model.

to this extent i enjoy trump smashing these sorts of candidates to smithereens.

I'm with you Cactus Flower wrt Rubio.

All he's ever done is work for the government, yet he rails against it & doesn't even believe his vote as a senator matters.

I think he would be torn to shreds in a general.

Besides, he doesn't believe in abortion, EVEN when the mother's life is on the line!
Tell me how he woos women........ bastard!
