Since the Zika virus is from Africa exactly how is it that people standing the tops of railroad cars are somehow responsible for spreading it to the Americas. Besides, with an incubation period as short as it is for the virus, something like 10 days to two weeks, it's more likely that people flying on international flights while infected are the primary cause for it having spread from Africa, where it was first identified back in the 1940's. I suspect that not a single person in that photo has ever been inside of an airplane, let alone flown on any international flights from anywhere.
