But even beyond that, all roads lead back to political funding. Makes the pols of all parties do the bidding of powerful people and organisations. In the case of gun laws, we all know who is running the table.
You win in a gerrymandered district by doing the bidding of the power brokers.
Gerrymandering makes it nearly impossible to change the congress.
That is the first place we need change, if you live in a district that is a majority party, you need not compromise or fear you'll lose your seat.
