...GW Bush did not start the iraq war. Hussein started it, got a ceasefire, violated it and as a result hostilities continued under GW. It was in all the papers.

If there is anyone to blame, it would be George W. Bush, since he started the Iraq war and when Track was deployed to Iraq, Bush was still President. However, a claim of possible PTSD issues might be a bit of a stretch as there is no record that he ever saw actual combat. His tour in Iraq consisted of serving with a unit that was a sort of 'security detail' for Army brass and visiting VIP's.
