...we are not frozen in time. This is a nation of laws, not men. The constitution can be changed, but until it is, the constitution is the law. I don't agree with all of it either, but that is the way it is.

The line from the lower court is elegant.

"This is not Marbury v. Madison."

The idea that the Constitution froze us in time is idiocy. Change is the essence of government.
