In DG's case with the teeth though, there may well be some kind of infection from an abcessed tooth or a decayed tooth that required a root canal.
As to the common cold or flu virus, antibiotics are not going to help.
Here where we live, in the Ohio Valley, we get every mold spore from Mississippi, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky,West Virginia spreading the air here so if you don;t get more than one sinus infection in a year, you are lucky.
The mold and pollen spores are brutally heavy. If you moved here from a place where you did not have allergies, you will have them in a week.....
Yeah, it's that good...
