De,

I never cared much for their movies. I grew up with the Beatles and lots of other "across the pond" rock groups.

I remember Ed Sullivan introducing them.

I LIKE a lot of their music. Some I do not, like when John was getting a little drug enhanced and came ot with some really totally different noise...

I liked the original groups songs and in fact have MANY of them if not all. It was a great time to be growing up with a am transistor radio and tuned to a rock station. I even like some of the songs from groups like the Monkees, Turtles, Tommy James and the Shondells, Raiders, Stones, Gary Puckett and the Union Gap, Beach Boys, Steppenwolf, Simon and Garfunkel, and a whole lot more......

I have a lot of that music on MP3 and listen to CD's a mix and make as I drive.

DO you like the sound of the group CHICAGO ?
I love it..

I never did care for Jimi Hendrix or some of the hard core femal artists of the era either.

I did like Petula Clark. She had a great voice...

Oh, the memories we have.....

PAINT IT BLACK one of the most played songs during the war in Vietnam...

Ribs would tell ya same thing I am sure. We listened to it a lot out in "country"...
