With 25 States already having Right to Work statutes it seems the Supreme Court is close to adding the 25 States that have not done so.

Compulsory payment of dues or fees to a union forces a worker in disagreement with the union to pay for representation he/she does not want.

The State should never assume the role of enforcing union membership.

Interesting case.

As most manufacturing unions have been decimated over the past twenty five years, the biggest effect will be on public sector unions.
