He has one year left, and all that is real is that millions more guns are on the streets and gun manufacturers are having a field day of continuous big profits.

Facts don't enter your shitting head.

Your second question should go to congress as to why there is no money for more law enforcement. They are the ones cutting funds, not Obama, to begin with.

Guns on the streets are mostly from states where you can buy them no questions asked and brought in to Chicago, for example, 30 miles from Indiana where you can buy anything you want.

You stupids are really tiring. I wish you could be sprayed like roaches.
