...doesn't obama already have the authority to go after these folks who are buying guns by the van loads and driving them to other states and selling em to children? Interstate commerce anyone??? Isn't it already against the law to sell guns to a minor???

...if these folks are making a profit are they reporting it to the IRS??? They got Al Capone, a few gun runners shouldn't be a problem. Of course the IRS might be too busy tracking and harassing the tea party.
